I hate those dicks that give you parking tickets, even if you're only parked there for literally 1 minute. If you have ever got a parking ticket then you'd understand the main characters rational thought.

funny but original, you could predict everything that was gonna happen, only thing that was diff then i thought it would be was that the 2second time he ran him over he wasn't in reverse. But non the less very funny.

OMG! I JUST SAW THE NEW EIPSODE OF AMERICAN DAD AND THEY COMPLETLEY RIPPED OFF THIS CARTOON. AMERCIAN DAD SAW A COP GIVING HIM A PARKING TICKET AND HE SAID 'OH NO NEED TO WRITE THAT UP I'M HERE' AND THE COP KEP WRITING IT UP ANYWAY, THEN AMERICAN DAD BEAT HIM UP. WHAT THE FUCK!!
